The different angles of the curved horseshoe contain studded cubic zirconia crystals. They fasten to your ear with hypoallergenic wire and a push back pin to secure them. Rhodium over a brass base. You can maintain your silver brilliance with an occasional wipe of a damp cloth. DO NOT use chemical or abrasive cleaners.
