Our Price Match Guarantee


While you are shopping on Equestriancollections.com, if you find the identical item at an online competitor at a lower price, then we will match that price.  We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at Equestrian Collections and then find the identical item for less at select online competitors or any online retailer who sells products under the same brand name.

Price Match: Guidelines, Limitations, and Exclusions
  • Our price match guarantee is valid prior to purchase and up to 14 days after date of sale.
  • Item must be identical brand name, size, weight, color, model number and must be in stock.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities to one per customer, per item, per day.
  • NO rain checks will be issued for out of stock items.
  • We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s price and product availability.
  • The calculation of the total price will include the shipping charges and the price of the product.
  • Price matches are excluded from Thanksgiving Day up to and including the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
  • We reserve the right to restrict price matching due to online typographical errors.
  • Marketplaces (Amazon, Sears, etc.) and auction sites (eBay) prices and prices from other third party sellers will not be honored.
  • Items ineligible for price match include, but are not limited to, supplements, wormers, pharmacy, e-certificates and auto ship items.
  • We cannot price match items which are doorbusters, closeouts, BOGO, clearance, limited quantity items, refurbished items, liquidation, out of stock items, free product offers, special orders and gift with purchase.
  • Prices from paid membership clubs or paid loyalty programs which require a club or loyalty card will not be honored.
Our goal is to meet the needs of our customers and we are happy to match a price as long as we can verify the price from an authorized reseller.  Please note that competitors may be selling below the authorized selling price allowed by the manufacturer. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) polices are enforceable by the manufacturer and we are bound to honor these pricing policies.
