Free Shipping on Orders over $129 to USA Lower 48

Please check each product you purchase for the shipping lead time. Some products are in warehouses throughout the US and have a longer lead time before shipment. The item on your order with the longest lead time will determine the number of days before your package leaves our warehouse.  However, we will not hold anything beyond 5 days.    A tracking number is sent at the time of shipment so you will know when to expect your package. We are located in Hazleton Pennsylvania, 18201, USA.

To keep your shipping charges as low as we can,  we use FedEx, FedEx Smart Post or US Postal Service to deliver your package based on your location.  

We will be happy to use your FedEx or UPS number if you call customer service. Using your number requires a handling fee plus a per box fee.

 

 

Currently we ship to CANADA twice each week. All packages ready for shipment before 2pm on the day we ship are included in that weeks shipment. After it leaves our building, eastern Canada arrives in 4-6 days,  while western Canada is 6-8 Days.

We pre-clear all packages to Canada through Customs by collecting the duties and taxes from you as part of checking out on our website.

Shipping charges subject to 5% GST, ALL Clothing items are subject to 24% tax (5% GST, 19% Duties) and non clothing items are subject to 13%-19% tax (5% GST and 8% to 14% Duties) depending on product Country of Origin and Harmonization Codes.

We are registered with Canada as a Non-Resident Importer, (NRI) and therefore we pre-collect these taxes which covers GST, Canada import duties and brokerage.

We take the worry out of importing your order into Canada. We take care of all of the paperwork and pay all the taxes and brokerage fees - so you never are asked for more money. The amount you pay to us is the only amount you will ever pay.

Goods are delivered as prepaid. No surprises when you receive your package, no duties, brokerage or taxes to be paid at your door, saving you time and money.

No cash on delivery (C.O.D.) or power of attorney (POA) to worry the buyer - easily get our goods into Canada.

International Shipments: Europe, Asia, South America, Australia

Shipping rates shown in cart for international orders are only an estimate. Final charges will be applied upon actual shipment of item(s).

We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "International Checkout" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
