Gift Certificate confusion
My certificate was in the form of an email with an ID#. My disappointment is from it stating $100 when I had purchased $200. Possibly I deleted one of the emails thinking it was spam. Since this was a gift I felt it should've been in a alternative form to send to my granddaughter, like a card or fancy paper form. I did call and they resent an email with 2 separate certificate ID#'s.
