Based on all the other websites and tack stores, the price was fantastic. As for as customer service, Hurricane Sandy happened just as the boots were to be delivered from factory to Equestrian Collection. We had a show coming up the following weekend. I called customer service and was told that they didn't have them yet to ship. But I got them 3 days later because they clearly shipped to me the minute that they received them because they knew of my need. Personal service is hard to come by from an online store. Oh yes, we rocked the show - three unanimous double championships.
