I own and operate a small boarding farm for ame-owner sport horses. This fly sheet has fit more of the warmbloods that board with me than any other brand or style. It is cut with room in the shoulders and has generous belly straps; good for a muscled horse with a short back. The fabric is sturdy, not heavy. The flysheet sits on the horse body, it doesn't drape around their shape and maybe that is why it doesn't slip off to one side or slide back when the horse moves. I think the "snaps onto rings" fastener is another reason this blanket is so stable on the horse. These fasteners have some play to them instead of a ridged connection. They are more expensive, but after 3 months of daily use they still look new.
