The Prize Hug 1200D is the best fitting blanket I have tried on my hard to fit 17H TB gelding. He has broad shoulders and a heavy neck. Most blankets fit too tight and cause compression on his neck in front of the withers. The Hug fits behind his withers and is roomy and comfortable around the shoulders, so there is no painful pulling in the place on his neck where other blankets had actually left an indentation. My big guy is finally happy after 19 years of wearing expensive ill fitting blankets, manufactured by companies that promised a great fit, but never delivered. My only complaint is the matching hood in XL was too small for him and not the greatest design, in my opinion, so I returned it. I am so happy with this blanket, though, I am ordering another hug for my QH gelding!
