Cruppers

Cruppers are used to help secure the saddle as well as to stop it slipping forward. Cruppers attach to the saddle then fit under the tail of the horse. Cruppers almost always come in leather. Cruppers are useful for trail riding but are often used on fat round bellied ponies.
