they were easy to get on my reins but actually stayed in place. They didn’t slide down which was awesome.

No matter what I have tried I cannot get these soft enough to even fit over the reins. I have tried hot water, leaving them out in the sun, playing with them and I still cannot get them on. I would recommend another brand.
