Men's Full Seat Riding Breeches -
For Eventers and Dressage Riders - and Schooling for Hunter Jumpers.
If you are man competing in Eventing or Dressage (or just shopping for one!), you will need a pair of full seat breeches.
Full Seat Breeches feature a suede, leather, or synthetic seat patch that extends from the ankle to the seat of the breeches. This gives the rider a bit more "stick" in the saddle for seating large movement, such as extended sitting trot.
In addition to the Dressage phase, eventers and fox hunters will sometimes wear full seats if they think they need a bit more stick, in wet weather for instance.
