Shop English Saddles to Fit your Discipline -
Dressage, Jumping, Hunters & Eventing
The first consideration is how you will use the saddle. We call them all "English saddles," but to be truthful there are many distinct varieties of English saddle. Do you jump? You'll want a Close Contact Saddle that will allow you to move with motion over fences. Ride Dressage? Dressage Saddles feature longer skirts for the long leg position, and deeper seats to help you sit a big trot. Are you a "do it all" kind of rider? Then you'll want to look at All Purpose Saddles that meet the needs of multiple disciplines.
There are also specialty saddles, like Leadline Saddles for young children, Endurance Saddles, and Eventing Saddles.

About English Saddles from Wikipedia
English saddles are used to ride horses in English riding disciplines throughout the world. The discipline is not limited to England or English-speaking countries. This style of saddle is used in all of the Olympic and FEI equestrian disciplines, except for the newly-approved FEI events of equestrian vaulting and reining. Most designs were specifically developed to allow the horse freedom of movement, whether jumping, running, or moving quickly across rugged, broken country with fences. Unlike the western saddle or Australian Stock Saddle, there is no horn or other design elements that stick out above the main tree of the saddle. See History, Parts of the Saddle and more...
