Dress Sheets are the formal wear of horse apparel! Traditionally, dress sheets are used at horse shows to keep horses spotlessly clean and shiny before and after their classes. In the past, they were mostly made of fine wool, but now come in a variety of materials from wool, to fleece, to fine cotton.
Because Dress Sheets are often used on saddled horses, they frequently do not have surcingles. If you are planning to trailer in your sheet, you might want to consider one that has surcingles.. it will not shift while you are traveling.
