When you are looking for just the right bit for you and your horse, you may need to try several bits to determine the best one. Equestrian Collections offers the Myler Bits Rental Program which allows you the convenience of renting a bit of your choice for a nominal fee.

Prior to renting a bit, you will want to work with the Rental Program dealer staff   [Toll Free (877) 872-4415]   to determine what bits should work with your horse. Be prepared to answer the following questions:

  • How old is your horse? 
  • What are you doing with your horse?
  • What are the issues you have with your horse?
  • Is your horse resistant?
  • What bits have you used previously on your horse?
Additionally, you may want to consider reading the Myler's book, A Whole Bit Better, or watching their video, A Whole Bit Better - The Video, to learn more before you select bits to try.
 

How to test a bit: 
Once you select a bit to try, be patient with your horse. Take it slow and give your horse plenty of time to get used to the bit. The Mylers advocate five  to ten rides when trying a new bit. If you've found success with a bit, then you can feel confident in your purchase. Didn't work out? Then confer with the Rental Program dealer to help you select another appropriate bit.
 
As the Mylers will tell you, sometimes it takes a few bits to determine exactly what the horse is asking for. So, before you buy, give Myler Bits a try. Renting bits will give you the confidence you want and the comfort your horse needs.
 
 

Equestrian Collections’ Unique Myler Bit Rental Program  - Equestrian Collections is the ONLY Myler bit rental program where you can rent ANY Myler bit.

Try any Myler Bit as a rental.  Use the bit for 2 weeks, return the bit and only the $15.00 rental fee + shipping and handling will be charged.  Keep the bit and the price of the bit will be charged after the 2 week period.  We will discount the bit price $10.00 if you decide to keep it. (No returns or exchanges after the initial 2 week trial period.) Each bit has its own rental fee. If you order more than one bit as a rental please enter the correct number of rental fees.

Equestrian Collections  carries over 65,000 products.  We are committed to each and every product we sell, and our goal is that you are happy with any product you purchase.

Some of our products come with Manufacturer's Warranties. Please note, these warranties are through the manufacturer and not Equestrian Collections.  It is the customer's responsibility to meet the qualifications of the manufacturer (For example, return a warranty card after purchase).  Any warranty information provided to Equestrian Collections by the manufacturer will be included with your purchase.

Products that DO NOT have a Manufacturer's Warranty are covered by the Equestrian Collections Warranty.  Unless otherwise noted, Equestrian Collections will replace or repair a product that fails within six months of purchase, with normal use and conditions.

There are speical, legal, and health related considerations that preclude warranties, or returns, on certain categories of products:
 
DVDs, VHS, CDs:
Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:
Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged.  In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements.  We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:
Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:
Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:
We gladly accept the return of International Orders.  However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment.  Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections. 

Outlet Items:
Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts.  They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Horse Clothing and Blankets:
We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit.  However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it.  Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned.  Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse.  A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.
