In the Trail Ability DVD series from renowned trainer and clinician, Lynn Palm, simple techniques are demonstrated to build confidence in both horse and rider while on the trial.

Renowned trainer and clinician Lynn Palm has always incorporated training on the trail in her horses’ daily training routines, especially with her show horses. It’s no surprise that in her new 5 part DVD series, Trail Ability, Palm offers tips for confidence, trust, understanding and reading horse behaviors and skill building for recreational riders of all levels incorporating natural obstacles both in hand and under saddle. Training with obstacles will also refresh show horses’ minds.

Palm’s simple techniques will build confident horses and riders while trail riding and controlling horses over natural obstacles. This allows riders to feel safe and have lots of fun!

In this series, Palm addresses horses that are fearful of bridges and water. Additionally, she shows solutions for those who are having trouble controlling speed going up and down hills. Palm also demonstrates how to handle those spooking at banks or logs. By covering most common challenges that riders encounter on the trail, Palm has given riders the tools to improve their riding skills and the Trail Ability of their horses at the same time.

Products that DO NOT have a Manufacturer's Warranty are covered by the Equestrian Collections Warranty.  Unless otherwise noted, Equestrian Collections will replace or repair a product that fails within six months of purchase, with normal use and conditions.

DVDs, VHS, CDs:
Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:
Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged.  In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements.  We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:
Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:
Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:
We gladly accept the return of International Orders.  However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment.  Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections. 

Outlet Items:
Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts.  They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Horse Clothing and Blankets:
We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit.  However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it.  Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned.  Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse.  A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.
