Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:

Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged. In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements. We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:

Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:

Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:

We gladly accept the return of International Orders. However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment. Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections.

Outlet Items:

Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts. They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Horse Clothing and Blankets:

We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit. However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it. Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned. Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse. A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.

These are the BEST riding pants I have ever owned. Supper comfy, no tugging to get them on and off. Very, very comfortable. I could live in them and they make you feel tall and thin!

These are the most flattering and durable riding breeches I've used for daily riding. Comfortable, look great, fit great and stand up to twice a week machine wash & dry. Will definitely buy again.

Both my daughter and I have a pair and love the fit, style and comfort. However we ride saddleseat, and the jods will ride up, especially if you have "tacky" flaps on your saddle. Wish they had tie downs on the cuffs ( I guess I could always add a button...). Otherwise we love the fit. I'm 5'8" and have the long.

I have full-seat breeches by Kerrits that I love but they are not super comfy for everyday wear. The other brands have skimpy (e.g. see every bump) riding tights. Well Kerrits has created a slip on tall-enough, fluffy-enough riding tights that encourages riding. A bit pricey but now that I have tried them on I am HAPPY, HAPPY! If they are like the other Kerrit breeches I am sure they will wear well over time so I set durability for 10 even though I have not worn them for months.
