Some of our products come with Manufacturer's Warranties. Please note, these warranties are through the manufacturer and not Equestrian Collections.  It is the customer's responsibility to meet the qualifications of the manufacturer (For example, return a warranty card after purchase).  Any warranty information provided to Equestrian Collections by the manufacturer will be included with your purchase.

Products that DO NOT have a Manufacturer's Warranty are covered by the Equestrian Collections Warranty.  Unless otherwise noted, Equestrian Collections will replace or repair a product that fails within six months of purchase, with normal use and conditions.

There are speical, legal, and health related considerations that preclude warranties, or returns, on certain categories of products:
 
DVDs, VHS, CDs:
Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:
Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged.  In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements.  We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:
Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:
Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:
We gladly accept the return of International Orders.  However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment.  Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections. 

Outlet Items:
Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts.  They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Horse Clothing and Blankets:
We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit.  However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it.  Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned.  Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse.  A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.

I loved the yellow color of this pad, but I cant use it. I got an A/P one, and it looks more like a dressage pad.. it is so long it hangs off my horses sides! Really disappointed.

I purchased two of these pads one pink and one purple all the kids love them! These pads wash up nice too, no fading! I will be buying more in different colors!

I have this saddle pad in the apple green, and I absolutely love it! The color is beautiful, and looks stunning on my bay QH mare as well as the chestnut saddlebred mare I was riding before her. I have washed it several times, and it always comes out of the wash looking good as new! The only thing I wish would change is the flap length, as it does hang pretty far down my mare's sides, kind of like a dressage pad. The spine length, however, is perfect- I usually have trouble finding a pad that's long enough on the back for my 17.5" saddle.

Zero complaints. I have several of these and beat the heck out of them training for and riding in endurance rides. I usually just hose them down and hang them over a fence. I've also thrown them in the wash and they come out looking nearly new every time no matter what I've done to them. I will be including a couple more of these in my next EC order.
