Products that DO NOT have a Manufacturer's Warranty are covered by the Equestrian Collections Warranty.  Unless otherwise noted, Equestrian Collections will replace or repair a product that fails within six months of purchase, with normal use and conditions.

DVDs, VHS, CDs:
Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:
Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged.  In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements.  We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:
Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:
Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:
We gladly accept the return of International Orders.  However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment.  Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections. 

Outlet Items:
Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts.  They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Horse Clothing and Blankets:
We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit.  However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it.  Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned.  Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse.  A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.

These breeches are very good quality, fit well and have a high level of comfort. The material is soft and the ribbing makes these appear much more expensive than they are.

This is my favorite style of breeches. TRs hold up well and always look good. I hunt for sales and never pay full price for them so they're always well worth the expense.

TuffRiders can't be beat for every day wearability. They look good enough for the ring too. I always pick up a pair when I see them on sale.

I've purchased the 2 pairs of these breeches (black one for myself and a navy one for my trainer). I loved mine the moment i opened the box; my trainer was not so happy at first (because the color looked too dark and the fabric seemed not as fine), but when he put them on, he was really happy!! The quality is great, and the fabric is very nice! They look so good on, and fit true to size. Also, the people I've talked to were extremely nice and helpful (I live chatted them, and they were willing to talk to me as long as I needed to solve all my questions)! Thank you EC for great products and service!) Definitely would recommend the breeches and the website to everyone.
