Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:

Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged. In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements. We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:

Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:

Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:

We gladly accept the return of International Orders. However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment. Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections.

Outlet Items:

Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts. They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Horse Clothing and Blankets:

We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit. However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it. Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned. Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse. A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.

Runs VERY small

I LOVE this jacket. The color is really nice (java: sort of a brownish purple) and the lining is beautiful (sort of a reddish hot pink). The only problem is it runs REALLY small!! I ordered my usual size and I can't even get it zipped!

After reading reviews that the jacket runs small, I ordered a Large when I usually order a small. It still feels snugger than I prefer, and I would be more satisfied if it had a bit more room. It does well keeping out the wind so although light weight it is warm. The sleaves are a bit scratchy at the cuff, but a good length. I bought for a riding trip to Calgary and I hope I can get enough layers under it.

This is a very pretty jacket with excellent features for riding. But as others have said, it runs very small...had to return for a larger size & shipping charges are quite high with this company.

I bought this jacket in a large as read reviews. Still too small and I usually only need a medium. Returned for exchange for an XL only to find out that I was going to be charged another $14.95 for shipping. Plus I had already spent $10 returning it. Shipping is very high and does not offere the shipping discounts or free shipping that other equestrian sites do. Customer service would not offer free shipping.

I really like this jacket! It's fairly short, it runs VERY small, so order a size up. Though I've only had it a couple of weeks I gave it a 9 for durability because it seems to be so well made.

I am glad I listened to the other reviewers and got L instead of M. This jacket definitely runs small. It is very warm and I had to get used to the swishing sound it makes when I move my arms but all in all it is a very nice jacket and a good value.

This is a fabulous jacket! I bought it for daily wear versus riding. It fits beautifully and looks sharp. The pockets are roomy and fuzzy with nice zippers. Inside pocket fits smart phone very well. The hood is light, protective yet non-cumbersome. I have worn it in rain, snow and temps in the lows thirties and never feel the cold. Wouldn't mind one in purple too! Size large allows me enough room to fit a fleece without feeling like a stuffed sausage!
