Health Care Products:
Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged.  In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements.  We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:
Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.


Custom or Semi-Custom Items:
Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Stylish, soft and wicks well

I like this cooler a lot. It is stylish to look at, super soft, the material has some thickness to it and it has great wicking capabilities. It is a little tight in the shoulders on quarter horses, but otherwise fits true to size.

My dark bay mare looks amazing in the newmarket fleece but I was REALLY disapointed after I got it washed the supposive non pilling fleece started to have little balls all over it from pilling.. Laura.. if the Cooler is not performing as it should after washing it as per the instructions, then give our customer service a call.. we want you to be pleased with the products that you purchase from us. Also, Horseware will want to know of any issues with their products.
