The Ovation™ Ladies Country High Mule Boots are for those days when you are hanging out in the barn cleaning stalls and tending to your horses. Designed with a slightly higher cut to cover the ankle, the Country High Mule gives you added protection from the elements and is the perfect complement for a day at the barn.

These boots are built to not only look good, but also to provide superior performance. They're made from imported water repellent waxed leather, and moisture wicking lining.

Equestrian Collections carries over 65,000 products. We are committed to each and every product we sell, and our goal is that you are happy with any product you purchase.

Some of our products come with Manufacturer's Warranties. Please note, these warranties are through the manufacturer and not Equestrian Collections. It is the customer's responsibility to meet the qualifications of the manufacturer (For example, return a warranty card after purchase). Any warranty information provided to Equestrian Collections by the manufacturer will be included with your purchase.

Products that DO NOT have a Manufacturer's Warranty are covered by the Equestrian Collections Warranty. Unless otherwise noted, Equestrian Collections will replace or repair a product that fails within six months of purchase, with normal use and conditions.

There are speical, legal, and health related considerations that preclude warranties, or returns, on certain categories of products:

DVDs, VHS, CDs:

Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:

Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged. In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements. We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:

Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:

Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:

We gladly accept the return of International Orders. However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment. Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections.

Outlet Items:

Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts. They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Horse Clothing and Blankets:

We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit. However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it. Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned. Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse. A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.

This is a great, affordable boot for slipping on and heading out to the barn. Super comfortable, great looking durable, and multi-functional both in and out of the stable. Slip them on with a pair of jeans and they give you a nice casual look as well.

I ordered a pair in a size larger than what I normally wear, as my size was not available, and took a chance that maybe with thicker socks, perhaps, they might work. The boots run true to size, so this is not a good idea. I had to return them, but if you decide to buy a pair, I believe you will be pleased. The boots are great to wear everyday when you are unsure where the day will take you. At the price they are being sold for, buy two pairs and keep a spare pair in the car, just in case you ever need them. Great boots. I wish there were more sozes available!
