Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged. In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements. We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

International Orders:

We gladly accept the return of International Orders. However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment. Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections.

Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts. They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Horse Clothing and Blankets:

We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit. However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it. Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned. Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse. A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.

I'm petite and it's hard to find a boot that's not too high and still roomy enough for adult legs. I love the elastic gussets that make it fit whether I'm in summer breeches or heavier lined winter breeches. It's good looking, suitable for schooling and shines up nicely for show. The Spanish tops, the strong zipper, the snap at top, the elastic gussets, nice leather; great features! Practically no break-in time and I still have good support, and I can feel the horse. The only thing I would change is the relative roominess in the foot area (for my foot). I like shoes to fit very snug. But the good side of that is I can put sole warmers in and/or wear a thicker sock comfortably in the cold weather. Great quality, good price.

I have been riding dressage for years. I have ridden in Ariats, Centerline, Konig and Petrie. All of the zippers on these boots have broken in less than a year. I discovered Mountain Horse boots about 3 years ago. The gussets around the heavy-duty zipper allow for the pressure to be taken off the zipper. It also has a small gusset at the top for that little give at the top of the boot. The zipper allows for a tighter ankle fit, which I prefer. It looks less sloppy. I can't believe the Firenze boots are so inexpensive for the quality of the boot. I also have a pair of Mountain Horse winter boots. They are super warm, without too much bulk. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of all Mountain Horse boots and would recommend them to anyone in search of a reasonable boot with high-quality features.
