Health Care Products:
Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged.  In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements.  We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:
Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.


Custom or Semi-Custom Items:
Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Super comfortable when riding or walking. Leather is very durable so they maintain a nice look for a long time. Soles are thicker than typical riding boots, so you may have to lower your stirrup a half inch.

If you have to ride and walk all day, this is the best boot you can have! really comfortable, low maintenance and you can use them for shows too.
