About AMS 2 Zone Panel System :

The AMS consists of a dual panel system.  The upper zone of synthetic wool flocking with enhanced memory that allows for adjustments, while the lower zone has a pressure balancing membrane.

About XCH Interchangeable Gullet System:

With the new "X-Change" Interchangeable Gullet System, the rider can now modify the tree in only a matter of minutes.  Top competitors world wide have found the 'X-Change" system to be the fastest and easiest to use system of its kind.  A total range of widths are provided by five interchangeable color coded steel gullet plates.

The NEW Carbon-Fiber infused tree transfers more feel to the rider than a traditional tree, with an absolute durability factor - this tree will never spread or break.

The combination fo the "X-Change" Interchangeable Gullet system and the new Carbon-Fiber Tree, takes Anky® saddles to a new level of feel, flexibility and fit.

The Legacy Even XCH AMS features:

Equestrian Collections  carries over 65,000 products.  We are committed to each and every product we sell, and our goal is that you are happy with any product you purchase.

Some of our products come with Manufacturer's Warranties. Please note, these warranties are through the manufacturer and not Equestrian Collections.  It is the customer's responsibility to meet the qualifications of the manufacturer (For example, return a warranty card after purchase).  Any warranty information provided to Equestrian Collections by the manufacturer will be included with your purchase.

Products that DO NOT have a Manufacturer's Warranty are covered by the Equestrian Collections Warranty.  Unless otherwise noted, Equestrian Collections will replace or repair a product that fails within six months of purchase, with normal use and conditions.

There are speical, legal, and health related considerations that preclude warranties, or returns, on certain categories of products:
 
DVDs, VHS, CDs:
Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:
Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged.  In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements.  We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:
Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:
Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:
We gladly accept the return of International Orders.  However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment.  Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections. 

Outlet Items:
Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts.  They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Horse Clothing and Blankets:
We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit.  However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it.  Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned.  Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse.  A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.
