Ovation™ Ladies Elite Amara Ribbed Half Chaps - Washable Amara suede make these chaps a must have.  Ribbed for extra give when needed.  Zip from top to bottom with a bottom snap.  The chaps are made with reinforced design and come with a large durable zipper.

Products that DO NOT have a Manufacturer's Warranty are covered by the Equestrian Collections Warranty.  Unless otherwise noted, Equestrian Collections will replace or repair a product that fails within six months of purchase, with normal use and conditions.

DVDs, VHS, CDs:
Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:
Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged.  In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements.  We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:
Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:
Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:
We gladly accept the return of International Orders.  However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment.  Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections. 

Outlet Items:
Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts.  They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Horse Clothing and Blankets:
We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit.  However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it.  Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned.  Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse.  A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.

These are nice schooling half chaps. I have pretty muscular calves so finding tall boots and half chaps that fit can be a challenge. The stretchy ribbing around the back of these is great because they stretch around the muscled part of my leg and don't bag as it gets down to my bony ankle. I ordered a large, but probably could have got a medium. The height measurement instructions are a little vague -- what counts as the "bottom of the chap" anyway? -- and I miscalculated a little. The picture on the bag the chaps come in show that one should measure from the back of the knee to the ankle bone, which would have been good to know when I was choosing a size. I just sewed up the elastic on the stirrup of the chaps & they fit fine now! They seem to be holding up well so far, and I like that they're washable. They do leave dye marks, so I would recommend giving them a wash before you wear them with breeches you don't want stained. The dark brown looks nice with my chocolate Ariat paddock boots.
