AgSilver CleanWash™ Maximum Strength Shampoo is intended for periodic use on existing fungus, infection or wounds.

Maximum strength CleanWash™ can be used on infected areas or as a prophylactic against possible infestation by microorganisms and other parasites.

Silver is historically recognized for its antimicrobial properties and ability to kill bacteria, molds and fungi. EquiFit’s AgSilver Maximum Strength line is used to reduce and prevent the growth of a broad range of organisms. The Maximum Strength line is intended for use on existing and persistent conditions. Also recommended for horses susceptible to frequent infections and fungus. For preventative measures, use AgSilver Daily Strength.

DVDs, VHS, CDs:

Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:

Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged. In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements. We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:

Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:

Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:

We gladly accept the return of International Orders. However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment. Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections.

Outlet Items:

Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts. They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Horse Clothing and Blankets:

We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit. However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it. Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned. Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse. A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.

This works wonders on scratches & dog lick granulomas. I got this with the CleanTalc & CleanBalm (all max strgth). Scrubbed my horses scratches then started applying the talc daily. It was working great then I got injured so couldn't treat them daily. Even only getting treated w/ the talc a few days a week for 2 weeks & scrubbed 1 more time with the wash, it still kept them from getting worse. The other day my horse came in w/a fresh, slightly bloody wound so I used the clean wash then the balm. It was amazing how much better it looked just one day later.
