Pfizer Health Solitude IGR™ In Feed Fly Control.  Solitude IGR is a feed through fly preventative for horses designed to prevent house and stable fly development.

 


How does Solitude IGR™ work? Cyromazine, the active ingredient in Solitude IGR™ is an insect growth regulator that is very species specific to house and stable flies.  As the horse is fed cyromazine, it passes through the horse and is excreted in the manure.  House and stable flies lay their eggs in the manure; as the maturing maggots feed on the cyromaxine, they become unable to develop into adult flies, thus stopping the fly cycle.

 

Is Solitude IGR™ safe for my horse; my barn; the environment? Cyromazine has a well documented safety and efficacy profile.  Numerous environmental studies have documented cromazines safety for mammals, including horses and humans, as well as birds, daphnia, minnows and other indicator species.  Once excreted, Solitude IGR™ breaks down to a melamine monomer, a slow release nitorgen fertilizer.

 

Start feeding Solitude IGR™ early in the spring before flies begin to appear and continue feeding throughout the summer and into the fall until cold weather inhibits fly development. Solitude IGR™ will provide a high degree of fly control and will give the best results when integrated with a  well managed fly control program which includes appropriate sanitary and management practices.

 

 Dosage:  1/2 oz daily to all horses on a property.

DVDs, VHS, CDs:
Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:
Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged.  In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements.  We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:
Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:
Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:
We gladly accept the return of International Orders.  However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment.  Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections. 

Outlet Items:
Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts.  They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Horse Clothing and Blankets:
We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit.  However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it.  Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned.  Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse.  A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.
