Products that DO NOT have a Manufacturer's Warranty are covered by the Equestrian Collections Warranty.  Unless otherwise noted, Equestrian Collections will replace or repair a product that fails within six months of purchase, with normal use and conditions.

DVDs, VHS, CDs:
Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:
Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged.  In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements.  We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:
Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:
Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:
We gladly accept the return of International Orders.  However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment.  Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections. 

Outlet Items:
Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts.  They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Horse Clothing and Blankets:
We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit.  However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it.  Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned.  Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse.  A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.

Best boots I have ever owned! The quantum footbed is so supportive on all sides and the taped ankle eliminates alot of the bulk of the lesser models that have straight tubular ankles that have deep bends and rub and press on achilles heel and ankle bones when you are breaking in. These boots are already shaped for the ankle and fit like a glove immediately when you put them on. The entire footbed is also very cushioned and you can walk around in them all day and feel like you are walking on a cloud compared to the lesser ariat models. I also bought the quantum paddock boots and both kinds of boots wear amazingly well. Also, the tall boots are a shiny deep black leather and look amazing for show boots. Many have complimented me on them. the difference is the quantum boot sole. These are better over longer period than monaco's and more comfortable to walk around in.
