Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:

Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged. In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements. We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:

Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:

Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:

We gladly accept the return of International Orders. However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment. Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections.

Outlet Items:

Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts. They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Horse Clothing and Blankets:

We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit. However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it. Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned. Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse. A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.

Look great but too bulky

I bought these along with the Ariat Volant half chaps (which fit great). Unfortunately I am returning these paddock boots despite the excellent things I have heard about how comfortable they are. These boots are heavy and loose enough to pull off without undoing the zipper (my ankle comes up quite easily, I was practically swimming in them). The added foldover velcro over the zipper looks really nice but is an extra step that adds bulk. Wish they would have fit as they look great especially with the matching half chaps!

A combination of running shoe and paddock boot with a great deal of comfort, support and style. Although padded around the ankles some people mught be irritated by the low cut versus traditional ankle boot style. It takes some getting use to but if any complaints I would feel more comfortable with a little more height in the heel for riding safety.
