DVDs, VHS, CDs:

Equestrian Collections is committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law, open DVDs, VHS tapes, or CDs are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. (Unopened products in their original packaging are, of course, full returnable)

Health Care Products:

Equestrian Collections is always concerned about the health of our customers, and their horses. Open and/or expired supplements, or health care products are not covered by warranty and can not be returned or exchanged. In particular, Equestrian Collections can not guarantee any results from equine supplements. We encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.

Intimate Apparel:

Due to health concerns, all intimate apparel and body jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our Customer Service Representatives if you would like help with your selection prior to making your purchase.

Custom or Semi-Custom Items:

Custom or Semi-Custom Items are made especially for you and are therefore not returnable, or exchangeable, except for manufacturer's defect. Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to help you design your custom orders so that they will be just right for you and your horse.

International Orders:

We gladly accept the return of International Orders. However, you will be responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment. Additionally, you must obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment to Equestrian Collections.

Outlet Items:

Equestrian Collections Outlet items are one of kind closeout items that are sold at deep discounts. They are sold "as is" and are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Horse Clothing and Blankets:

We realize that horse blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit. However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it. Dirty, soiled blankets, or blankets that do not have original tags attached, can not be returned. Also, if the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse. A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and will therefore be deemed ineligible for return.

The boots of my dreams! English tall boots never seem to have a good footing on them. They feel like house slippers with a fancy leather calf extension and no protection or foot stability. For this reason, I have always schooled in lineman's boots. The Volant Vented boots are very comfortable, sturdy and true to size. I am 5'2" and the short calf length is perfect. I have already gotten mud on them and received no blisters or sores (I train about 5 days a week). They are not cheap, but good boots are very important to me and they are well worth the money.

These boots are awesome! They are super comfortable, not stiff at all like other tall boots I tried. I've had them for a few months and I love them. They are they most comfortable, grippiest boot I've ever had. I ride in them all the time. They are fully lined. The zippers are heavy duty, better than most of the Ariat zippers. I do recommend them. They really are a nice boot, soft and easy to break in.

What an amazing boot. The foot bed and fit is great. I feared they were too tall, but not. They breathe in the SC heat. I want to wear them all the time. So comfortable
