Can I have multiple billing addresses?
No. You cannot have more than one billing address in our system. But you can change your billing address by editing it.For your Credit Card to be accepted by our system, your billing address should be the same as the billing address for the credit card that you are using for your purchase. -
How will my charges appear on my card?
Your credit card will be billed under, "Equestrian Collections".You will see the logo of our sister company Star Points Shopping Services on your Invoice along with the Equestrian Collections logo. Star Points Shopping Services brings high quality internet shopping to you on Equestrian Collections and other places you like to browse on the web. -
When will my credit card be charged?
We do not charge your credit card until we ship your merchandise and depending on your credit card company, it could take up to 5 days for the charge to appear on your account.
If your order was split in to multiple shipments, we only charge you for the items we are shipping in that order, plus any applicable sales taxes.
Shipping and handling is charged in full with the first shipment.

What are my payment options?
Equestrian Collections currently accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal (online only) and Check. As part of PayPal, we offer PayPal PayLater for orders over $50 and under $1500, also excludes Gift Certificates. -
How does Layaway work?
In these difficult economic times, Equestrian Collections is now offering you the convenience and savings of a Layaway plan! Order your items now, and pay for them in four scheduled payments over a six week period. Using layaway can be a way to help you avoid annoying and expensive credit card interest. The $1 Service Fee is far less than most people would pay in interest to their credit card company if they delayed payment for six weeks.
Layaway Facts and Fees:

A Layaway contract is for six (6) weeks.
- The non-refundable Service Fee on all new Layaway contracts is $1 (charged with initial payment).
- The Cancellation Fee on all Layaway contracts is $10. This is charged in addition to the non-refundable Service Fee.
- When the Layaway order is placed, 25% of the order total (including tax and shipping costs), plus the $1 Service Fee is collected as a down payment.
- The bi-weekly payment schedule for all new Layaway contracts is 25% of the original order.
- As long as the payments are collected, the merchandise will be held for you.
- Layaway merchandise will be returned to stock fifteen (15) days after a declined credit card
- If Layaway merchandise is returned or returned to stock, you are eligible for a refund minus Service and Cancellation Fees for a one year period.
- Minimum $200 order
- Tax and Shipping Costs will be apportioned per payment.
Layaway Exclusions:
- Food and other perishable merchandise cannot be put in Layaway.
- PayPal cannot be used as a form of payment.
- Dropship items (usually oversize items shipped directly from the manufacturer) are excluded.
Layaway Transaction Rules:
- You can use one or any combination of these acceptable payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit card. If you wish to change your payment type, or credit card, you must contact Equestrian Collections customer service prior to your next scheduled payment.
- New Layaway contracts cannot be created if you have another delinquent Layaway contract.
- No partial deliveries, substitutions,
or cancellations are permitted. Layaways can be paid in full at
any time and your items shipped to you immediately.
